When weather shakes your schedule, here is what we do
Ship earlier
We move your delivery up before the gates close and switch you to the earliest available sailing, confirming the cut-off time and the substitute vessel right away.

When a flight is cancelled, we arrange rebooking on the next available flight and trucking to an alternate airport (Incheon or Gimhae).
