  Import clearance document checklist — please prepare before arrival

  The basics are the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading (B/L) or air waybill (AWB). Add a certificate of origin to claim an FTA preferential rate, and quarantine or inspection documents for food, plant and animal products. Sending them before the cargo arrives lets us prepare clearance early and cut storage costs and waiting time.
